Jonathan has been preparing reports for the Court since 2013 with over 1,000 prepared to date - these have been a mixture of personal injury, noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) and clinical negligence cases. He has received training in the preparation of medico-legal reports and is fully compliant with CPR rules; having recently undertaken Bond Solon training on the CPR Part 35 rules.

What you can expect from Jonathan
- Jonathan will respond to correspondence within 7 working days
- Reports will be dispatched within 21 working days of interview with the client and / or receipt of all relevant medical records, x-rays and scans if applicable
- Provision of an objective expert report which will be addressed to the court
- Jonathan provides medico-legal reports for noise-induced hearing loss using the frequencies specified in the Coles et al guidelines:
- Jonathan sees claimants in Manchester, Liverpool and Warrington with appointments at each venue every month. He is happy to liaise with instructing solicitors to see patients at other mutually convenient location in the North West of England
Fees
- Fees are payable 90 days after receipt of the report
- Deferred payment is not undertaken
- Fees are based on an hourly rate of £250 + VAT to include examination, perusal of medical records and preparation of the report
- Audiometry and other investigations are charged separately
- A typical report for noise-induced hearing loss or RTA associated tinnitus will cost £550 plus VAT
- Medical negligence reports are billed at an hourly rate and generally take 3-4 hours to complete
- If the client cancels with less than 48 hours or fails to attend, a cancellation fee of £125 plus VAT will be charged
- In certain circumstances fixed fee arrangements can be negotiated
